Within 24 hours of a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
If the preferred slots are not available, an alternate schedule of the customer's choice will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
Alternatively, the customer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.
Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
If a cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 25.0 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
If a cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 50.0 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
If you cancel between 0 and 15 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100.0 percent of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
