Stay in hygienic and sanitized hotels on a double or triple sharing basis for a comfortable stay.

Sightseeing in a clean and comfortable vehicle according to the itinerary

• Airport pick-up and drop-off according to your flight schedule
• On all days of the itinerary, a comfortable and sanitary vehicle (Sedan/Suv) will be provided for sightseeing.

• Rates may change due to changes in services/hotels. The difference in cost must be borne by the client if the package is changed prior to the start of the trip due to an increase in the number of guests, a hotel change, etc.
• The hotels' availability is subject to change. If they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in property of comparable quality.
• Thrillophilia reserves the right to reschedule the itinerary in the event of a disruption (e.g., weather, political situation, or any other) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• The package price includes GST.
• The package does not include any personal expenses or items of a personal nature. Any meals or transfers not specified in the itinerary are considered an exclusion from the package. Drinks of any kind (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) are not included in the package price.
• Avoid using plastic bags to keep the destinations' ecological balance. Travelers who litter may be fined.
• Any breakage or damage to any of the resort's items will be charged at the actual cost.
• If a traveler wishes or decides to leave the trip in the middle, the traveler will be responsible for all expenses incurred from that point forward. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held liable for such decisions or any subsequent refunds.
• The state government's guidelines must be followed. Maintaining social distance is essential. Hand sanitization and the use of a mask are both recommended on a regular basis.
• Each individual guest must provide identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. The PAN card will not be accepted as valid address proof.
• All admission tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera fees, and so on are not included in the package.
• The display prices for Standard, Deluxe and Super Deluxe properties are based on a minimum of two people.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are not included in the tour and must be paid for separately.
• Stay in the base category room based on the variant chosen.
• If the tour or a specific activity is not completed for any reason, natural or personal, no refund will be issued.
• AC does not work in hilly terrain.

• Within 24 hours of a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
• If the preferred slots are not available, an alternate schedule of the customer's choice will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
• Alternatively, the customer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

• Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.

• If a cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 25.0 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If a cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 50.0 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If you cancel between 0 and 15 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100.0 percent of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
